These are movies that show a severed human head in a box or some other container - a bag, a basket, a jar, a refrigerator, wrapped up in cloth, etc.

After he surrenders himself to the police, John Doe, the seven deadly sins killer, has the head of Detective Mills' wife delivered to Mills in a cardboard box. This makes Mills so mad it triggers Doe's seventh and final sin killing, Wrath, when Mills shoots John Doe and kills him.

A man is told to deliver 8 severed human heads in a duffel bag or die.
- The Night Porter (1974)
A Nazi officer torments and protects a woman in a concentration camp. To show her that he has gotten rid of a man who was bullying her, he presents her with the man's severed head in a box.
- Night of 1000 Cats (1972)
A psychotic millionaire playboy lures women to his castle for sex, then kills them and feeds their bodies to a large room full of house cats. He keeps the women's heads in transparent boxes filled with liquid in his weapons and trophy room, along with an empty box waiting for his next victim.
- Surviving the Game (1994)
A group of rich men bring homeless people to a cabin in the wilderness, and then release them to hunt and kill them for sport. We see jars containing their victim's heads on shelves in a trophy room
- Crazy in Alabama (1999)
A woman kills and decapitates her husband, puts his head in a hat box and takes it to Hollywood, as she hears it talking to her.

The freezer door on top of a refrigerator is opened to reveal two severed human heads inside.
- The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)
An evil henchman kills a woman and delivers her severed head in a basket. The head is lifted out of the basket by her hair.
- Anna (II) (2019)
The KGB capture an American spy, cut off her head and mail it in a box to her agency, to send them a message. When a man opens the box we see her head inside it and we also see 8 more identical unopened mailed boxes on his desk that contain the severed heads of 8 more American spies.
- Queen Margot (1994)
After he is beheaded in the Bastille, Margot wraps up her lover's severed head in a cloth and carries it on her lap as she flees in a coach.

We see a young girl's severed head in a bucket and another severed head in a jar.
- The Thing That Couldn't Die (1958)
The living severed head of a devil-worshipper is found a centuries-old crate.
- I Saw the Devil (2010)
Korean police find a woman's severed head and put it in a cardboard box. A man trips when he is carrying the box and the head falls out.

Jerry stores the severed head of Fiona, a woman he killed, in his refrigerator. Then Fiona's head talks to him, telling him she needs company. He then puts two more severed women's heads in his fridge, that also talk to him.

A homicidal maniac is killing off the night workers in a market. We see the head of one of his victims stored in a refrigerator.

Alfredo Garcia's severed head is carried in a bag.
- The Silent Partner (1978)
A woman's head is cut off on the broken glass of an aquarium and falls into the aquarium. When he finds it, the aquarium's owner puts the head in a plastic bag and leaves it in the water.

A man who stole from a criminal cartel is killed and his severed head is put in a bowling bag.
- Braveheart (1995)
Scottish rebel William Wallace kills the King of England's nephew and sends his severed head to the King in a container.
- The BBC Television Shakespeare (1978– )
Judge Angelo demands that the severed head of Claudio be brought to him to prove that he was executed. The Duke arranges for the head of a dead pirate who looks like Claudio to be cut off and put in a bag and brought to Angelo instead.
- The Expendables 2 (2012)
Sylvester Stallone kills the villain with a giant knife. When asked for proof, he drops a bag containing the villain's severed head.
- The Mask of Zorro (1998)
A soldier named Captain Love cuts the head off of the bandit Joaquin Murrieta and tells his men "Bury the body, bag the head." Then we see someone carrying the head in a bloody cloth bag.
Joaquin's brother Alejandro, who witnessed his brother's death and beheading, later becomes the new Zorro. In disguise as a Spanish nobleman he meets Captain Love, who pulls out a large glass jar full of liquid containing Joaquin's severed head with its eyes open staring at us and offers Alejandro a drink from it. (This is based on the fact (or legend) that in 1853 the real Captain Harry Love preserved the real Murrieta's head in a jar of alcohol to prove he was dead.)
- Cold Pursuit (2019)
A gangster brings a man's severed head in a box to a group of rival gangsters as a peace offering. When they open the box they pull out the head by its hair.
- Return to Oz (1985)
Princess Mombi is a sorceress who can switch heads. She keeps lots of women's severed, but still living, heads locked in display boxes so she can choose which one she wants to wear that day.

A Yakuza boss's head is cut off then delivered to his daughter in a metal suitcase.
- Prometheus (I) (2012)
There are two severed heads in bags in this - the first one is a giant humanoid alien head that is carried onto a human space ship in a duffel bag, the second one is the severed head of an android from Earth that is still "alive" when it is zipped into a bag to transport it off an alien space ship.
- Riddick (2013)
Santana is a bounty hunter who tells Riddick that he will cut off his head and put it in a box to take it in to get the ransom. Ultimately, Riddick decapitates Santana and his head falls into the same box he was saving for Riddick's head.
- Drive-Away Dolls (2024)
Two young women rent a drive-away car in Philadelphia that someone has paid to be delivered to Tallahassee. When they get a flat tire, they look for a spare tire in the trunk but instead they find a severed human head in a leather hat box full of ice. When they eventually deliver the hat box to its recipient, he drops it causing the box to open and the head to roll down the street.
