Dr. Nikki Riley (Debbie Gibson) is an animal activist. She and some of her co-horts break into a home and steal pythons from a private laboratory that have been given an experimental drug. She releases them into the everglades. They grow really big and start eating the alligators. Terry O'Hara (Tiffany) gets a hold of the experimental drug and feeds it to the alligators. They also grow really big. The alligators and the pythons start eating each other and both grow even bigger.

Meanwhile Gibson and Tiffany have a cat fight in the middle of a reception. Enter big ass pythons and big ass gators. All hell breaks loose. Then there is Dr. Diego Ortiz (A. Martinez). He is a herpetologist who comes in to make sense of it all. And preciously over acts.

And don’t forget the monkee.

"Mega Python vs Gatoroid" was released in 2011 and was directed by Mary Lambert. This is about as campy as it gets. Pythons vs Gators. Debbie Gibson vs Tiffany. Reptile fight vs cat fight. And everybody’s packin’ heat. This is the funniest horror movie I have ever seen. It's now one of my favorite "B" movies of all time.

The graphics were OK most of the time. The gators were a little bit better than the snakes. The explosions were pretty good. Of course the acting was so-so. The dialogue a little lame. Correction, very lame. For example; at the end of the fight at the reception between Nikki (Debbie Gibson) and Terry (Tiffany), Nikki says, "I think... we're alone now." followed by Terry saying "There doesn't seem to be anyone around." OK so you may need to be of a different generation to get that. But none of that matters. There is lots of action, lots of gore, lots of stupid jokes. Great music. All absolute fun!

If you are a fan of Debbie, or Tiffany, or pythons, or alligators, or Giant monster movies, or camp, or lame, dopy, stupid movies. You will love this movie. It's something stupid to pass the time.
