shorties (segundo de chomon)

Chomon was a Spanish film director, cinematographer and screenwriter. Between 1901 and 1923 he created over 230 films. He has been compared to George Melies for his use of trick photography and optical illusions. His experimentation further developed various camera techniques. He made films in Spain, France and Italy. He is considered the most significant Spanish silent film director on an international level. Unfortunately many of his films are still lost.
